  报告期内,在人工智能技术快速发展的形势下,公司继续加大研发投入。公司根据AICloud“边缘感知、按需汇聚、多层认知、分级应用”核心原则,携手各行业合作伙伴,致力于推动物联网产业的发展。
  2、持续开拓全球市场,积极应对贸易保护主义。
  公司持续加大海外营销投入,加强本地化营销和服务能力的建设,继续优化全球营销网络,拓展海外市场。在国际环境不确定性风险持续上升的情况下,通过采取有针对性的区域策略努力保持收入的稳健增长。
  3、持续优化国内营销网络,支撑业务深入拓展。
  公司推进资源下沉的营销策略,继续完善国内营销网络布局,提升区域中心的业务支撑能力,进一步提升效率。在渠道市场,公司继续加强销售监管,推进渠道销售的规范化、标准化。

  公司持续推进管理变革,不断优化组织能力,提高运营效率,进一步提升为客户创造价值的能力。公司大力推动企业文化建设,强调价值认同,追求员工与企业共担共赢和共同成长。

  二、公司面临的风险和应对措施。
  报告期内,公司面临的风险无重大变化,具体请见第一节重要提示。公司一直努力识别各类风险,积极采取应对措施,规避和降低风险:
  (1)关于技术更新换代风险:公司通过持续加大研发投入,深入探究前沿技术,保持核心关键技术领先;通过稳定可靠的研发管理形成面向市场的有效研发,保持产品和技术对市场需求的不断响应,实现公司业务的持续发展。
  (2)关于网络安全风险:公司一贯重视并积极采取措施提升产品和系统的安全性能,通过组建专业的信息安全团队,设立专门的信息安全部门,建立了一整套产品安全保障体系,将产品安全需求、安全设计、安全开发、安全测试等环节融入到产品开发流程中,保证产品及系统安全的持续改进,为客户提供互联网/物联网应用环境下更安全的产品和解决方案。
  (3)关于汇率波动风险:公司非常重视汇率风险控制,通过外汇资金集中管理、采购支付对冲及套期保值等方式来对冲和规避汇率风险。对于汇率风险敞口,公司积极使用套期保值等金融避险工具,不以投机为目的,合理进行风险管控。
  (4)关于内部管理风险:公司持续推行管理变革,在坚守和创新过程中,通过点滴的积累,不断推动公司组织能力的成长。报告期内,公司继续向优秀企业学习,借鉴成功的管理实践经验,不断优化组织能力,提升管理水平,通过规则和流程的确定性,应对市场和未来的不确定性。
  (5)关于全球市场开拓风险:公司持续加大海外本土化建设的投入,不断加强本土化的营销和服务能力建设。同时,积极学习和研究全球各国政策和贸易的法律法规及重大变化,提前制定应对措施,减少可能出现的各类贸易合规风险。
  (6)关于地方债务风险:公司在PPP项目等地方政府财政类项目签订与实施过程中,通过谨慎评估与合理管控,尽力降低风险。
