Mr. Zhou had served as the joint chief financial officer of our company since September 2021. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Zhou had served as the senior vice president at Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. SHA: 601162 from November 2020 to August 2021. From July 2019 to October 2020 Mr. Zhou served as an associate director at China Innovative Capital Management Ltd.
