  一、经营情况的讨论与分析
  本报告期,公司主营业务保持稳步发展趋势,公司完成非公开发行股票工作,募集资金净额3.8亿元,募集资金投资项目主要为购置LNG槽车,为公司LNG业务板块的发展提供了保障。2018年上半年,公司公路货运业务实现收入20,223.69万元,较去年同期增长10.67%;LNG等燃气业务实现收入207,169.36万元,较去年同期增长56.63%。公司报告期内主要经营情况分析如下:
  (1)公路货运业务
  公司传统公路货运业务较去年同期增长约10.67%,本期毛利率水平较同期增加近1.8个百分点。
  (2)LNG等燃气业务
  在我国煤改气等环保政策的推动下,我国天然气需求持续增长。在管道天然气增长有限的情况下,我国主要靠LNG进口作为补充。2018年上半年,根据安迅思数据我国LNG进口量为2,366.3万吨,较去年同期增长约51%,保持快速增长趋势。为了配合海外LNG进口,我国沿海计划新建或扩建多个LNG接收站。公司在山东区域主要的气源,中石化青岛董家口接收站二期项目(接卸能力由目前的300万吨/年增至700万吨/年)目前已获发改委核准。
  (3)互联网+车联网+物流业务
  公司子公司一点科技开发的无车承运平台,在2018年上半年承运货运量超过200万吨,增速较快;子公司云通智安在山东省范围内"两客一危"车辆推广安全运行管理系统,报告期内公司在东营区域完成安装约7,000台,实现了良好的经营业绩。

  二、可能面对的风险
  1、宏观经济需求持续疲弱
  公司公路货运物流业务主要面对大宗原材料物流市场。若宏观经济需求持续疲弱,市场对大宗原材料的物流需求也将减弱,影响公司物流运输收入。此外,宏观经济需求疲弱也可能影响工业用LNG或天然气的使用量,影响公司LNG销售收入。
  2、公司经营过程中发生重大交通安全事故的风险
  作为货运物流企业,在开展业务过程中大部分运输车辆均在各级公路上运行。由于各地路况条件千差万别、突发事件较多,因此发生交通事故的风险较大,这是公司经营过程中面对的主要风险。若原油、LNG等危险化学品在运输过程中因交通事故发生泄漏、爆炸等,其危害和影响力可能更大。交通事故对公司的影响包括人员伤亡、车辆损失、货物损失以及主管部门处罚等方面,也存在引发诉讼或仲裁的可能。根据《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》及相关法律法规的规定,若公司对经营过程的生产安全事故负有责任,有可能会被相关部门依法暂扣或吊销有关证照,从而对公司经营造成重大不利影响。
  3、能源价格波动影响公司经营的风险
  若国际原油价格持续维持低位走势,LNG相对于汽柴油的经济优势不明显,则可能影响车用LNG市场的需求。若我国管道天然气价格继续调整,其与LNG市场价格的相对变动也有可能影响LNG市场需求。

  三、报告期内核心竞争力分析
  (一)和上下游客户、供应商密切合作优势
  公司凭借在公路货运和LNG等燃气销售领域的业务优势,分别与龙口港集团和中石化天然气有限公司出资设立由恒通股份控股的合资公司。合资公司的设立有助于公司稳定LNG气源供应和货源需求。2016年以来,华恒能源依托中石化位于青岛董家口、广西北海和天津的LNG接收站,持续拓展下游市场。
  (二)精细化、信息化优势
  运输车辆在营运过程中出现空载、压车等降低车辆运行效率的情形均会增加单位运营成本,进而降低经营效益。公司始终高度重视企业信息化管理的建设,引进了TMS管理系统、BI系统和GPS监控系统,提升了车辆运行管理效率。运输车辆在营运过程中出现交通事故,既会造成公司的损失,又可能对社会造成伤害。公司将安全运营放在头等重要的位置上,通过制定一系列的规章制度以及技术创新手段,对驾驶员、车辆实施安全监管,最大程度降低安全事故风险。
  公司正在积极由传统物流向互联网+车联网+物流业务转型,公司实体物流的经营经验和精细化、信息化管理的积累,也为成功转型打好了基础。
