From 2014 to 2020, Ms. Karlsson served in several roles at Pyry PLC and thereafter AFRY Group, a global engineering, design and advisory services company listed in Nasdaq Stockholm, including General Counsel and Head of Legal, Process Indtries and Management Consulting. From 2006 to 2014, Ms. Karlsson served as General Counsel at Fiskars Corporation, a global consumer goods company listed in Nasdaq Helsinki.
