David J. Hollister has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2007. Prior to joining our Company, he was the chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors of Broder Bros., Co from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Hollister previously served as a director in the M&A Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in international transactions.
