Mr. Dovev retired from the Israeli Ministry of Defense in August 2012. Mr. Dovev served as head of the Israeli Ministry of Defense Mission to the United States from August 2008 to August 2011. From August 2005 to August 2008 Mr. Dovev served as head of the Israeli Ministry of Defense Mission to Germany.
