Ludwig has served as our Chief Operating Officer since October 2014 as our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since October 2011 and as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2008. Mr. Ludwig previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer from September 2010 to October 2011.
