Vivek Gupta has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director since March 2016. Mr. Gupta received his Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and has attended executive management programs at the Indian Institute of Management and the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Cronin functioned as Mastech Digital Technologies, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer since 2002. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Cronin held several senior corporate positions within iGATE. Prior to joining iGATE in August 1998 Mr. Cronin was the Chief Financial Officer at Industrial Ceramics, Inc. since February 1993. Mr. Cronin has an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and holds C.P.A. and C.M.A certifications.- John J.
