Orjan Svanevik has served as a director on our Board of Directors since May 2015 and as a director of Seadrill since October 2014. Mr. Svanevik is also the Chairman of Archer Ltd. Mr. Svanevik joined the Seatankers Group in July 2014 and has a broad industry background, with special knowledge of oil and gas, maritime, shipbuilding, and engineering sectors. Mr. Svanevik served as managing director for the investment advisory firm Oavik Capital from October 2008 to July 2014. From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Svanevik was the head of mergers and acquisitions and a partner at Aker ASA. From 2004 to 2005 he was the COO and EVP of Kværner ASA.
