Daniel S. Farkas,has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of NCLH since January 2019 and became Chief Development Officer of NCLH in April 2023. He has also served as Assistant Secretary of the Company since 2013. Since Mr. Farkas joined the Company in January 2004, he has held the positions of Secretary from 2010 to 2013, Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2008 through 2018, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from 2005 to 2008, and Assistant General Counsel from 2004 to 2005 and was instrumental in the Company's IPO and the Acquisition of Prestige.
