Jeffrey B. Citrin has served as a director of the Company since 2018. Mr. Citrin currently serves as Managing Principal of Hectad Strategic Partners, a private investment firm he founded in 2021. Prior to founding Hectad Strategic Partners, Mr. Citrin served as Chairman/Senior Advisor of Square Mile Capital Management LLC, a private institutionally backed New York-based investment firm which focuses on real estate and real estate related opportunities, which Mr. Citrin founded in 2006.
