Lingrong Lu,served as as UTStarcom's Chief Technology Officer since September, 2022. Lingrong has more than twenty years of telecommunications industry experience. Since joining UTStarcom in 2002, she has held various management roles in R&D, and product management in ONS, NGN and IPTV product lines; and she rejoined the Company in September 2016. She is now managing Research & Development Department, Product Management Department and Corporate IT. Prior to her appointment as the Company's CTO, she served as Vice President of R&D since June, 2018.
