From September 2022 to April 2025, Mr. Carney has served as the Managing Director of the UAE office of ARC Group (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), a global investment bank and management consultancy firm, where he established and led the UAE office, including strategic planning, budget ownership and governance to ensure alignment with the global objectives of ARC Group.
