Bing Yuan,has served as 17 Education & Technology Group Inc. independent director since December 2020. Mr. Yuan is a co-founder and the managing partner of Rockets Capital. Founded in 2022, Rockets Capital is a China-based private equity firm focused on venture and growth stage investments in Smart EV industry value chain, clean energy and frontier technology areas. Prior to co-founding Rockets Capital, Mr. Yuan served as the chief operating officer of Hony Capital, and a member of Hony Capital's executive committee, responsible for its equity investment operations.
