- David Wilson has served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 2023. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wilson served as the Chief Financial Officer of NSONE, Inc., a leading provider of next generation managed Domain Name System services, from May 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Mr. Wilson has held Chief Financial Officer roles at Symphony Communication Services, LLC, an encrypted communication software company, from July 2017 to October 2019 and Ooyala Inc., a leading provider of online video services, from September 2013 to July 2017. Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Birmingham.
