He has served as chief financial officer of Finjan since April 2013. Prior to joining Finjan, Mr. Steinmetz worked in the technology investment banking practice at Cantor Fitzgerald . Earlier in his career he worked as restructuring consultant at Grant Thornton and as a Senior Associate at TH Lee Putnam Ventures. He began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney and Goldman Sachs. Shimon holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Yeshiva University.
