Zhengbin Yao,has served as a member of Arrivent Biopharma, Inc. board of directors since June 2021.Dr. Yao is currently Arrivent Biopharma, Inc. Chief Executive Officer and Chairman and a co-founder of ArriVent BioPharma. Previously, Dr. Yao served as Chief Executive Officer of Viela Bio, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on autoimmune and severe inflammatory diseases, from February 2018 and as Chairman of its board of directors from January 2019, until it was acquired by Horizon Therapeutics plc for $3.1 billion in March 2021.
