Additionally, Ms. Mazumdar-Shaw has served as the Executive Chairperson of Biocon Biologics limited, a unique, fully integrated, global biosimilars company since January 2021. She is also serving as the Non-Executive Chairperson of Syngene International Limited, an innovation-led contract research, development and manufacturing organization since April 2020. Ms Mazumdar-Shaw also serves on the boards of directors of various private companies, educational institutions and holds key positions in certain governmental bodies. Ms. Mazumdar-Shaw holds a B.Sc Honours degree in Zoology from Central College, Bangalore University and Post-Graduate in Malting and Brewing from Ballarat College, Melbourne University.
