Previously, Dr. Madigan served as Vice President, Head of Clinical Development at Syros Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, she served as Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research at Alnylam from March 2018 to June 2019 and as Medical Director from June 2016 to March 2018. Dr. Madigan also was a Medical Director in the Rare Disease Innovation Unit of Biogen Inc., a biotechnology company, from February 2016 to May 2016 and served as Associate Medical Director from January 2014 to January 2016. Dr. Madigan previously held various academic positions of increasing responsibility at the University of California San Diego/Rady Children's Hospital San Diego.
