From August 2020 to August 2021,Mr. Dong served as a director secretary at Shanghai Zhongchuang Asset Management Co.,Ltd. ,where he assisted the chairman of the board of directors with the daily operations and management of the company. He also served as a financial director at Shanghai Luca Trail Education Technology Co.,Ltd. from May 2019 to July 2020,and as a deputy director of the investment M&A department at Shanghai Jiafu Asset Management Co.,Ltd. from July 2016 to April 2019. Mr. Dong was a senior accountant at Ernst & Young from August 2013 to June 2016. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2011,and his master's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Exeter,England in 2013. Mr. Dong is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
