Since May 2015 until the date of this annual report, Mr. Yu also serves as a company secretary of vario companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. - Tsz Ngo Yu has served as Chief Financial Officer since November 2, 2023. He is a member of the Certified Public Accountants Atralia, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since January 2011 and September 2018, respectively and has over 20 years of experience in the related fields of finance, auditing, accounting, corporate governance practices, and company secretarial matters. During the period beten January 2007 and February 2012, Mr. Yu has successively served in vario positions in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, an accounting firm, with his last position as an audit manager. From September 2013 to December 2020, he was a partner of H.F. Tam & Co (currently known as CTY & Co.), an accounting firm.
