Benjamin Piggott has served as Co President and a member of D. Boral Acquisition I Corp.'s board of directors since October 2025. Since August 2025, Mr. Piggott has served as the Head of Corporate Development of ECD Automotive Design Inc. ("ECD") Prior to being the Head of Corporate Development, Mr. Piggott was the CFO of ECD from September 2024 to August 2025, and served as the Chairman of the Board of ECD from December 2023 to September 2024. Between September 2022 and December 2023, Mr. Piggott was the Chairman and CEO of EF Hutton Acquisition Corp. I, a special purpose acquisition company that completed its initial business combination with ECD on December 12, 2023.
