Michael Blitzer has been Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. Viii's Chairman since May 2026. Mr. Blitzer has served as the Chairman of IPFX (Nasdaq: IPFX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with Quantum Space, LLC on June 8, 2026, since December 2025 and as a director since September 2025. Since June 2026, Mr. Blitzer has served as the Chairman of IPXG (Nasdaq: CMII), a special purpose acquisition company, which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with Elroy Air, Inc. on June 26, 2026, and since September 2025, as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IPEX (Nasdaq: IPEX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with GOWell Technology Limited on October 14, 2025. In this capacity he also served as the lead policy interface to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, National Security Council, and the National Space Council. Lieutenant General Liquori's career included numerous operations and staff positions in Air Force Space Command, the National Reconnaissance Office, the Air Force Secretariat, U.S. European Command, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the White House as Director for Space Policy on the National Security Council staff. On the NSC, Liquori was the lead author for the 2018 National Space Strategy and supported the early policy work leading to the establishment of the United States Space Force. He commanded a space operations squadron and the 50th Space Wing.
