Over the cse of his career, he has served as a financial advisor on over 125 health care transactions representing an aggregate transaction value in excess of $100 billion. From 2012 to Augt 2022, Mr. McCarthy served in vario roles in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Bank of America, most recently as Vice Chairman. In this role, he was responsible for many of the bank's most important healthcare clients. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. McCarthy served as the Head of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., from 2009 to 2012. Mr. McCarthy was Co Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Mr. Rodgers has served as an operating partner with TorBrook Capital Partners, a purpose driven leading investment firm with a significant healthcare investment portfolio, since January 2024. In this role, Mr. Rodgers works with the TorBrook team in exploring and driving investment strategies across the healthcare continuum.
