Between October 2017 and July 2020, Mr. Ducassi served as the Director of Mining Projects of Peru's Private Investment Promotion Agency. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ducassi worked as an associate at Banco de Credito del Peru, from November 2010 to July 2012.
