Ms. Chen has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, business and administrative management. From April 2013 to April 2014, Ms. Chen served as the manager in charge of the retail banking division of China Guangdong Development Bank, Shenzhen Branch. From April 2015 to December 2019, Ms. Chen worked at Boyuan Hongsheng Investment as a Partner, responsible for advising on corporate investment, pre IPO investment and mergers and acquisitions.
