Whitney Tan Ann Nee has served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kainan Holding Group Ltd, where she leads the Company's strategy and operations with a strong focus on sustainable growth, governance, and a people first culture. During the initial stage of the Company's operating subsidiary, Ms. Whitney Tan served as Managing Director, where she was responsible for the overall management of the business, including operations, branding and marketing, as well as business expansion and development. Currently, Ms. Whitney Tan is primarily responsible for the formulation of business strategies, including corporate plans, branding and marketing strategies, and contributing to the growth of the Company. Since founding Kainan Sdn. Bhd. in August 2009, Ms. Whitney Tan has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the human resources and contractor industries. Ms. Whitney Tan has successfully expanded the business from a foreign workforce solutions provider into an integrated EPCC contractor offering technical, procurement, management, and HR capabilities, while establishing strategic partnerships with industry partners and stakeholders. Ms. Whitney Tan also plays a vital role and actively champions corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that support underprivileged communities. She completed an Executive Master in Industrial Human Resources Management in 2025. Pang Ee Xuan has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kainan Holding Group Ltd, where she leads the group's budgeting and financial planning, analyzes financial performance, and oversees resource allocation to support the Company's growth and financial management objectives. Ms. Pang has more than 9 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and financial management. She began her career in August 2016 as a Tax Assistant at Koh Tax Accounting & Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., where she handled tax compliance matters, tax planning, and liaised with tax authorities until March 2020. From April 2020 to January 2024, she served as Senior Executive for Tax & Account at YYC Management Services Sdn. Bhd., where she handled the preparation and review of tax returns, ensured compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and managed tax liabilities, deductions, and credits for clients s while mentoring junior staff. In January 2024, she had left YYC Management Service Sdn. Bhd. and join Kainan Sdn. Bhd., the Company's operating subsidiary, as Finance Manager, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
