- John J. Cronin, Jr. has served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company since September 2008. Mr. Cronin functioned as Mastech Digital Technologies, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer since 2002. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Cronin held several senior corporate positions within iGATE. Prior to joining iGATE in August 1998 Mr. Cronin was the Chief Financial Officer at Industrial Ceramics, Inc. since February 1993. Mr. Cronin has an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and holds C.P.A. and C.M.A certifications.
