During this time, he secured customer CRO contracts, supervised laboratory operations, and provided consulting services to medical institutions. Preceding his role at VIKBAY AB, from October 2016 to October 2019, he served as a microbiology researcher for Amway, a prominent company in the Health, Beauty, and Home Care Industry. In this capacity, he amassed experience in quality control management and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve high client satisfaction and retention rates. Chris Tian earned a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Health, Biology from Université d'Auvergne in France in 2016.
