Barry M. Portnoy has been one of our Managing Directors since shortly after our formation in 2015. Mr. Portnoy is chairman of RMR LLC and was a director of RMR LLC from its founding in 1986 until June 5 2015 when RMR LLC became a majority owned subsidiary of the Company and we became RMR LLC's managing member.
