Donal Carroll has served as CFO of the Company since August 30, 2024. Mr. Carroll was initially appointed as interim CFO in 2018, and was subsequently appointed to the position on a permanent basis in December 2019, where he served until May 2021. Mr. Carroll previoly served as COO of the Company from August 15, 2021, until he was appointed as CFO on August 30, 2024, and resigned from his position as COO concurrently. Mr. Carroll had also served as a director on the Company's Board from May 2018 to July 2018 and from May 2021 to January 2024. Mr. Carroll has 20 years of corporate finance leadership and public company experience, as ll as experience in syndicate investing both in equity and debt securities. From June 2005 to January 2008, he served as an Accounting Supervisor with Alberto Culver (now Unilever (NYSE:UL)), from February 2008 to October 2013, Mr. Carroll served as Controller with Videojet Technologies, and from October 2013 to July 2017, he served as a Corporate Controller with Cardinal Meats, where he was instrumental in major restructuring activities, mergers and acquisitions and the implementations of new internal controls and ERP systems.
