Stefan Berger currently serves as Meridian3 Industrials Acquisition Corp's Chief Investment Officer. Dr. Berger is a senior strategy and finance executive with a 20 year track record of driving operational value creation, capital market strategies, and business transformations across complex global mobility, technology, and industrial ecosystems. Dr. Berger is currently a Director and a member of the audit committee of SCHMID Group N.V. (from May 2024 to present). Between July 2021 to April 2024, Dr. Berger served as Chief Investment Officer of Pegasus Digital Mobility Acquisition Corp., where he successfully co led the company's oversubscribed $230 million initial public offering on the NYSE and spearheaded the sourcing, financial due diligence, and eventual $480 million business combination with SCHMID Group, culminating in its successful listing on the NASDAQ. Previously, from October 2017 to June 2021, Dr. Berger served as Director of Electrification at Jaguar Land Rover Limited (JLR), where he architected the company's end to end electrification strategy and incubated Project Vector, an autonomous and electric mobility venture. During this time, he also served as a trustee on the Board of The Faraday Institution. Prior to this, Dr. Berger held several senior strategic roles within the Tata Group ecosystem, including serving as Vice President to the Chairman's Office at Tata Sons (2013 2014 and 2016 2017), where he provided critical oversight and strategic counsel for subsidiary boards, and as Director of Corporate Strategy at JLR (2010 2013), where he drove the establishment of a strategic joint venture in China.
