From June 2021 to February 2024, Ms. Di Rezze served as General Counsel of Theoria Medical, and from May 2019 to October 2023, Ms. Di Rezze served as Co Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Theoria Medical. Through her positions at Theoria Medical, Ms. Di Rezze has extensive experience building and leading organizations through complex growth and transformation.
