Mr. Wang is also an independent director and the audit committee chair of Metal Sky Star Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MSSA), a Nasdaq listed special purpose acquisition company, and has served as such since June 2021. Mr. Wang obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Babson College in 2007.
