Craig Skaling has served as Tcgx Acquisition Corp. Ii's Chief Financial Officer and as a director since Tcgx Acquisition Corp. Ii's inception. Mr. Skaling has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations and compliance within the alternative asset management industry. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of TCGX, which he joined in February 2022, and as a director of TCGX Asia Life Sciences Partners I, Ltd. since May 2026. Prior to joining TCGX, Mr. Skaling served as Director of Finance at Vetamer Capital Management, a registered investment advisor, from November 2020 to February 2022, investing in both public and private financial technology companies. From October 2015 to November 2020, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Copernicus Capital, an SEC registered equity long/ short healthcare strategy, where he was responsible for financial operations and firm compliance and managed all non investment aspects of the business. Previously, Mr. Skaling held both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer roles at San Francisco based hedge funds Two Ocean Capital from 2013 to 2015 and RBI Capital Management from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining RBI Capital Management, he served as Fund Controller at Seasons Capital Management, a multi billion dollar global long/short equity strategy that focused on technology, media and telecom stocks.
