Early in his professional career, Mr. Dinamarca worked in the energy and infrastructure sector, as a Strategic Developer Manager from January 2014 to December 2015 with Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd., an international renewable energy company that was listed on Nasdaq until it merged in October 2020 with Square Acquisition Co, where he was involved in the development, structuring, and financing of solar photovoltaic energy projects in Uruguay, supported by long term power purchase agreements with UTE, a state owned company of Uruguay, and with the participation of the Inter American Development Bank (IDB). Since 2017, Mr. Dinamarca has participated at a strategic level as a shareholder in the structuring, oversight, and allocation of capital in the real estate sector in Chile, working with Chile's leading banks and insurance companies in financing, refinancing, and structuring institutional grade urban real estate assets, with a focus on income generating, long term investment models. From July 2022 to July 2023, she served on the board of Chiletec (Asociación de Empresas Chilenas de Tecnología), the main trade association of Chilean technology companies. - Tania Sutin Bleiberg became a member of Ticketplus Ltd.'s board of directors effective as of the effective date of the registration statement of which this prospectus forms a part. Since November 2023, Ms. Sutin Bleiberg has served as Sector Director of Business and Services (Directora Sectorial Administracion y Servicios) at INACAP, the largest higher education institution in Chile, and as a board member of Fundación Kodea, where she also served as Manager of Future of Work and Social Innovation from November 2018 to November 2023. From July 2022 to July 2023, she served on the board of Chiletec (Asociación de Empresas Chilenas de Tecnología), the main trade association of Chilean technology companies. Ms. Sutin Bleiberg served as the Executive Director at Talento Digital para Chile, a training and educational initiative from January 2019 to January 2021, and as Director of Graduate Programs at Universidad Mayor from March 2011 to July 2016.
