Mr. Yi has served as the chief financial officer of Cynopsis Solutions Pte. Ltd., a technology information consulting company, since October 2025, where he is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the newly acquired SaaS subsidiary, as well as leading product and sales enhancement initiatives and future financing activities. Mr. Yi has also served as a director of Cynopsis Solutions UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cynopsis Solutions Pte. Ltd., since October 2025.
