  报告期内,融资成本增加,钢材等大宗商品原材料价格上涨,给公司业绩造成较大影响。在公司全体员工的努力下,克服经济环境的影响,保证了公司的业务规模的正常发展。
  1、技术方面
  报告期内,公司在通过自主研发图像识别、视觉检测工业机器人等技术集成于公司智能包装生产线系列产品,提高智能包装生产线的柔性化和智能化;同时公司进一步完善标准包装设备产品的模块化分解,缩短标准包装设备产品的研发设计周期。
  2、市场方面
  报告期内,公司积极拓展乳品、食品行业,将下游中大型企业客户作为重点,推动附加值较高的智能包装生产线产品及高端标准包装设备的销售;在汇率下行情况下,积极拓展美国以外的海外市场,保持海外销售的持续增长。
  3、内部管理方面
  报告期内,公司进一步完善内部控制体系,优化部门资源,提高工作效率;对技术部门根据研究开发方向的不同,进一步细分、优化;对行政管理部门人员,根据员工的胜任能力,重新调整至合适岗位;加强业务人员业务水平培训。
  4、客户服务方面
  报告期内,公司在注重产品质量的同时,进一步向提供产品与服务整体解决方案转变,把前期设计、产品研发、现场技术服务、售后服务等处于价值链曲线高端的服务,逐渐整合到公司核心产品中去,以满足不同客户的需求,增强客户粘性,以保持业务持续稳定增长。

  1、宏观经济波动风险。
  若宏观经济走势造成我国经济增速下滑,下游占比较大的食品饮料行业需求进一步萎缩,将导致其新增固定资产投资减少,以对公司的生产经营带来不利影响。
  2、内部管理风险。
  公司生产销售规模将进一步增长,给公司的生产计划、生产过程管控、质量管理、售后服务等各方面的管理带来一定压力。
  3、原材料价格过快上涨风险。
  公司产品的原材料中,钢材和塑料颗粒的价格上涨幅度过快,会对公司的经营业绩将产生一定影响。

  1、研发设计优势
  报告期内,公司按照行业发展要求和公司产品发展规划,进一步完善产品设计模块备选库,提高了设计效率和设计精度,提升了设计部门和制造部门之间的协作能力。设计模块备选库包含了技术模块和产品模块,公司通过技术模块的运用,大大缩短了产品的设计周期,增强了各类型包装设备对于不同生产环境的适应性,提高了产品的系列化、柔性化和标准化水平。
  报告期内,公司持续投入工业机器人应用方面的研发,以形成用于包装设备集成的三轴、四轴、六轴等多用途包装机器人的研发、生产能力,进一步提高公司产品的柔性化、通用性。
  报告期内,公司增加投入智能制造系统的研发,形成了主要用于食品、医药行业的质量管理系统、物流追溯系统、供应链管理系统、采购系统、库存系统、生产管理系统、预算管理系统、MES系统等模块。目前已完成现场测试,短期将会实现营收。该系统的研发成功使得公司具备为下游客户提供整体智能制造解决方案的能力。
